What is your favorite
thing to do when not teaching?

Why do you teach at
CedarWood?
Teaching is my calling and because CedarWood's high standards are
based on God's Word and directed by the Holy Spirit.
Why do you believe in
Christian education?
It is mandated by God and short of homeschooling, it is the only
way to give our children a Christian perspective of the world.
What is the most
humorous incident that happened to you while at CedarWood?
When God tells you to read through the Bible with your students
that means every chapter and verse, including Leviticus 20, which
deals with our sexual purity (read it). You should have seen the hands
fly up with questions! I wisely asked, "Are you sure you really want
to ask your question?" There was a thoughtful pause and, to my relief,
all hands went down! Thank you, Jesus!
What is a time at
CedarWood that you know God intervened in a specific situation?
I can't wait to see God moving each year in and through our yearly
themes. One in particular was Ephesians 3:20. My thought that year was
to do a puppet show for chapel with a homemade stage. God brought
Chris Shultz to help. The very day of our chapel I was astounded to
see all of her professional puppet equipment and stage ready for us to
use. He honors His Word.
