School Supply Lists
Attention:
CedarWood requires all students in 7th -12th grade to have a physical exam to clear them for participation in physical education activities and sports. We also strongly recommend physicals for all students in kindergarten - sixth grade.
As required by law, all students must have a complete immunization record on file at school. Medical and non-medical exemptions as approved by the Colorado Department of Public Health & Environment are acceptable and must be submitted annually.
